How To Operate The Food Vacuum Packaging Machine?

The vacuum packaging machine uses plastic or plastic aluminum foil film as packaging material for liquids, grains, fruits, pickles, and preserved fruits. So everyone knows how to operate a food vacuum packaging machine?

1. Turn on the power supply: flip the power selection switch as needed, that is, the power indicator light is on.

2. Place the plastic bag containing the articles in the vacuum chamber, and place the bag mouth neatly on the heat seal.

3. Press down the cover of the vacuum packaging machine, the exhaust (vacuum) indicator on the panel lights up, the vacuum pump starts to pump, and the machine cover is automatically sucked.

4. When the air extraction reaches the set time, the air extraction ends, the air extraction indicator light goes out, and the inflation indicator light turns on to indicate the start of inflation.

5. When the vacuum packaging machine is exhausted or inflated, the indicator light will go out and the heat-sealing indicator light will be on, and the sealing process will begin.

6. When the set heat-sealing time is reached, the heat-sealing indicator light goes out, and the heat-sealing is finished, that is, the vacuum chamber enters the atmosphere through the solenoid valve until the cover is automatically lifted, and the vacuum packaging process is all over.

Vacuum packaging machine is a mechanical equipment for vacuum packaging of items, usually composed of the whole machine steel structure, vacuum pump, sealing ring and other components.
