(1) Clean the kitchen dough mixer before use, add flour and water, do not overdo it so as not to damage the machine, if more dough needs to be mixed, it needs to be stirred in 2 or more times. After the flour and water are set, close the baffle and then turn on the power.


(2) When kneading the dough, stir in both directions to make the dough evenly mixed.

(3) If the stirring is uneven or the dirt is dropped, it is necessary to turn off the power and stop the machine when it needs to be adjusted or taken out by hand.

(4) After mixing, turn off the power and take out the dough after stopping. Clean up the residue every time. (Usually a small amount of face head can be placed in the tank, and it must be thoroughly cleaned on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays).

(5) If a fault such as leakage is found, the power supply should be cut off immediately, and an electrician should be called for repair.
