On the morning of August 17, the training course for the third phase of e-commerce business capacity improvement of Jining MIIT Business Vocational Training School was started in the training room on the second floor of the office building of China Coal Group. More than 40 employees of China Coal Group E-commerce Company attended the training. Li Zhenbo, Executive Deputy General Manager of China Coal Group and general manager of E-commerce Company, attended and delivered a speech. This training course is the third one after the two training courses of improving e-commerce business ability on July 20 and August 10. At present, more than 140 e-commerce personnel have been trained, which has greatly improved the comprehensive business ability of e-commerce employees. During the course, Zhao Wei, Zhang Xiaoqiao, Zhao Yun and Cheng Dongmei, lecturers of Jining MIIT Business Vocational Training School, shared their experiences and practices from the aspects of sales mentality, business communication skills and sales negotiation skills. Through this special training, we have enriched the reserve of theoretical knowledge of electronic business, provided the direction for improving the business ability and sales skills of trainees, and will better promote the steady growth and rapid development of the group company's e-commerce business.
