5. Each dough mixer shall be managed by specially-assigned personnel. When repairing or cleaning the remaining dough after the dough blending, please check whether the power is cut off before proceeding to the next step.

6. If abnormal operation of the equipment is found, power should be immediately turned off and maintenance department should be notified.

1. Switch on the power supply and make the operation normal before proceeding to the next step.

2. Pour the flour, water and additives into the mixing bowl, cover the lid, turn the handle of the turning switch on the "turning" side, and the mixer will turn forward.

3. Generally, the dough will be run continuously for 6-10 minutes, the dough will be fine, stop the machine (turn the handle on "stop"), then pull the handle, turn the dough bucket on the other side, make the handle reset, block stress, after the dough bucket is fixed, flip the "smooth" or "inverted" switch, and the dough will be thrown out.

4. If there is any surplus, cut off the dough with a knife after the machine stops, then flip the "shun" or "pour" switch, and the dough mixer will be thrown out.
