1. It is strictly forbidden to lose electricity during storage. The battery is strictly prohibited to lose electricity during storage. The state of power loss means that the
mobile food cart is not charged in time after use. When the battery is stored under the power-deficient state, sulfation is easy to occur, and the lead sulfate crystals adhere to the electrode plate, which will block the electric ion channel, resulting in insufficient charging and a decrease in battery capacity. The longer the idle time in the power-deficient state, the more severe the battery damage. Therefore, when the food delivery truck is not in use, it should be replenished once a month to keep the battery down.
2. Regular inspections. During the course of use, if the continued mileage of the dining car drops sharply in a short period of time, it is very likely that at least one battery in the battery pack has a problem. At this time, you should go to the sales center or agent maintenance department for inspection, repair or assembly in time. This can relatively extend the life of the battery pack and save your expenses to the greatest extent
3. Avoid high-current discharge When the
mobile food cart is starting, manning, or going uphill, try to avoid slamming and accelerating to form an instantaneous high-current discharge. High current discharge will easily lead to lead sulfate crystals, which will damage the physical properties of the battery plates.
4. Correctly grasp the charging time. During use, you should accurately grasp the charging time according to the actual situation of the
mobile food cart, refer to the usual frequency of use and mileage, and grasp the frequency of charging. After fully charged, the running time is short, and the charging time should not be too long, otherwise it will cause overcharging and make the battery heat up. Overcharge, overdischarge and undercharge will shorten the battery life.
5. Prevent exposure to the sun. The electric dining car is strictly prohibited from being exposed to the sun. An excessively high temperature environment will increase the internal pressure of the battery, causing the battery to lose water, causing the battery to decrease in activity and accelerating the aging of the electrode plate.
6. Avoid plug heating during charging. 220V power plug or charger output plug loose, contact surface oxidation, etc. will cause plug heating. Excessive heating time will cause plug short circuit or poor contact, damage the charger and battery, and bring you Unnecessary losses. Therefore, when the above situation is found, the oxide should be removed in time or the connector should be replaced.
7. Check the tire pressure frequently to keep the tire pressure at the correct tire pressure; you must check the tire pressure every two weeks or at least every month; incorrect tire pressure will cause power consumption, short driving distance, and reduce driving comfort. Reduce tire life and reduce driving safety;
8. Other important attention items
1) Before leaving the car every day, check whether the power is sufficient, whether the braking performance is good, whether the screws are loose, etc., if there is a fault, it should be repaired and eliminated in time, and the car can only be driven after the inspection is completed and there is no fault;
2). Charging should be done in a place out of reach of children;
3). Every time you stop, you must turn off the power switch, pull out the key, move the gear switch to the neutral position, and pull up the handbrake;
4) To repair or replace batteries and electrical appliances, turn off the main power switch before operating;
5). Children must unplug the key switch when playing in the car to avoid danger;
6) Before driving the electric vehicle, check whether the door is closed tightly;
7) When a fire occurs due to an accident or other reasons, the main power switch should be turned off immediately
