Diagnosis And Analysis Of Mobile Food Cart Battery Temperature

When the mobile food cart battery temperature rises to the high limit temperature (generally the electrolyte solution to the continuous high temperature is 45℃), the alarm system will send out: "the battery is abnormal" the fault warning light will be on, the voice-activated switch power supply will be turned on, and a sound will sound.

The following checks should be done at this time:

(1) Observe the indicated value of the DC voltmeter on the board: ① Whether the indicated value of the DC voltmeter exceeds 240v (normal is 236v). ② Whether the indicated value of the DC voltmeter exceeds 260v (usually 255v); if the indicated value of the ammeter exceeds the above-mentioned upper limit, it also means that the charging voltage is too high. The battery temperature has risen. At this time, the charging power should be reduced.

(2) Check whether the lithium manganate battery level gauge in the battery is equal to or smaller than the "low water level line", and whether the pole piece is exposed to the level gauge. If so, add distilled water to each battery immediately.

(3) Use a digital oscilloscope to accurately measure the harmonic distortion of the charging head (or electronic rectifier) voltage to see if the communication component in the voltage exceeds the standard value; if the ripple voltage is too large. Check whether the charging head (or electronic rectifier) and the low-pass filter have any problems, and whether the characteristics of the coupling capacitor and filter inductance are poor during operation.

(4) Check whether the temperature in the room is too high and whether the air circulation is good.
