The vacuum packing machine can automatically extract the air in the packaging bag and complete the sealing process after reaching a predetermined vacuum degree. It is often used in the food industry because after vacuum packaging, the food can resist oxidation, so as to achieve the purpose of long-term storage.
1. Preparation before using the vacuum packing machine
1. The vacuum packing machine is placed steadily, check whether the lid is closed smoothly, and whether it automatically jumps up after releasing it; 2. Equipped with a power supply that meets the requirements of the model; 3. Check whether the position of the oil surface of the vacuum pump of the vacuum packing machine is correct, if not correct, adjust it (see the vacuum pump manual for details); 4. Ground the machine well; 5. Turn on the power, turn on the power switch, close the cover, and check whether the vacuum pump is operating normally.
2. Adjustment before using the vacuum packing machine
1. Select the degree of vacuum. The pumping time of the vacuum packing machine is digitally displayed and continuously adjustable. The pumping time of the small vacuum packaging machine is adjustable from 0 to 30 seconds in a digital rotary type. Adjust the length of the pumping time to achieve the required vacuum. 2. Select the heating temperature. Select the required heating temperature according to the material of the packaging bag, and adjust the heating temperature knob to the corresponding position. 3. Adjust the heating time. Heating time, digital display, continuously adjustable, according to the packaging materials and heating temperature, adjust the heating time knob to select the appropriate heating time. 4. According to the needs, select the silicone word for the sealing silicone rubber strip, and set the sealing date and other characters.
